Corning products are sold in Cyprus by distributors. The distributor acts as the importer of the equipment into Cyprus. Thus the distributor has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Cyprus.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Corning products that the distributor sells in Cyprus.
