- Manage occupational health & process safety
Develop Interdependent Culture
- Expand leadership commitment, communication and involvement
- Implement a measureable employee involvement process
- Conduct safety-focused training
- Conduct culture assessment and act on findings
Identify, Communicate, Implement Leading Practices
- Identify and communicate key learning and leading practices
- Include leading practice implementation as part of annual plan
- Design for safety
- Pro-actively manage contractors
